Death and Awaretheory
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death
We are not the body except to other conscious beings that see us as a singular body
Our consciousness is not tied to a specific grouping of matter but to many different structure and functioning of matter
There are different types of death. But the usual definition of death is the death of the body. Which means the biological functioning that occurred before death in the body no longer occurs. For instance, no heart pumping blood, no neurons firing, no cell functioning, and no muscles flexing or moving, etc. The itoextension concepts deals with concepts about life after death. Oriextension deals with the concept of extending the life of the original after death. Oriextension experiments deal with the experiments of extending the life of the original after death.
Death is actually a good thing because the itobody that produces a specific consciousness or awarepath wears out over time and does no longer produce the desired experiences for a specific ixperiencitness or wexperiencitness.
Life after death is not dependent on a specific body or a supernatural concept like a soul. Life after death is dependent on one or more itobodies that produce the structure and functioning that produces the original's ixperiencitness, even if these are different consciousnesses or awarepaths than what was produced before. An identical physapath will produce and identical awarepath with the same ixperiencitness. An approximate physapath usually will produce an approximate awarepath with the same ixpepath. This means that many different itobodies or physipaths can produce the same ixperiencitness of the original or you.
A long dead body does not contain very much information about the consciousness and ixperiencitness that it once produced
Death is a concern in the sense of the suffering that can come along with dying and the worrying about the suffering that other people feel with your death. Awaretheory predicts that there is no experience of being dead. Being dead for you is when your body no longer produces a consciousness that you experience. But since other bodies can produce a consciousness that you experience at a latter date or even at the same time there is no awareness of death. You always feel alive even when there are long periods of time where there is no human bodies or itobodies that produces a consciousness that you experience. It is possible for the body to produce many death like experiences but this is not being dead. There are also many reduced levels of consciousness that a person can experience like near death experiences such as "going into the light".
Clones do not produce the same awarepaths but they can have the same ixperiencitness
At every point in your life there are numerous different divergent awarepaths your body could produce with the same ixperiencitness. Other bodies can produce these divergent awarepaths with the same ixperiencitness as the original has.
