Structure and functioning of matter
Structure and functioning of matter is what produces consciousness and ixperiencitness. Many different structures and functionings of matter will produce consciousness and ixperiencitness. The human brain is not the only complex system of matter that can produce consciousness and ixperiencitness. There are a larger amount of structures of matter that do not produce consciousness and ixperiencitness than do. But it may be that there or more unique structures and functionings of matter that will produce consciousness and ixperiencitness than will not. This is just a permutation argument with out duplication of specific structures because a piece of rock no matter how it is structured does very little functioning.
