The explanatory argument for awaretheory are the arguments that awaretheory or superimmortality explains more and in more useful ways concepts dealing with, production, repetition, and diversity of consciousness. Awaretheory explains the meaning of the self in terms of consciousness and the structure and functioning of matter and the ixperiencitness concept.

- Explains why the self is many different sequences of structure and functioning of matter.
- Explains why the self is not just one momentary sequences of a structure and functioning of matter.
- Explains why the structure and functioning of matter determines the self and why the body does not.
- Explains why conscious beings including humans are superimmortal.
