Are all consciousness producing bodies mortal? What about electronic consciousness producing bodies?
Consciousness is different than the body that produces it because it is the structure and functioning of the body that produces the consciousness Because the structure and functioning of a body changes the consciousness that it produces also changes. The same body can produce any and many different consciousnesses simply by changing the structure and functioning of the body in the right ways over time.
