Types of awarepaths

From Aware Theory

For many people and conscious beings in general, one of the most important kinds of awarepaths are connective awarepaths.

Connective awarepaths consciously connect awarepaths in many differnt ways. For example, you believe that you are connected to your past and will be to your future experiences (the rest of your life). What makes this connection? You are connected to the past by memories of the past experiences. You experience a continuousness of change over time. What makes people different from many animals is our increased ability to plan for the future. So we see and believe that we will experience something in the future. And since we remember the past we think that we will remember our present experiences to some degree in the future. Most people think of themselves as a singular body producing a singular consciousness or at least connected as in experiencing a singular consciousness. As a consequence, many people believe that after death, any conscious connection to this previous life will be a singular consciousness as well.

One way that awarepaths are connected together is by the ixperiencitness concept. The ixperiencitness concept does not require conscious awareness of the connection. But you can be consciously aware of the ixperiencitness connection between awarepaths. We seem to be aware of it in our current life in the sense that we think that we experience the life that we remember and we think that we will experience the future part of our life that will happen to us in the future. Awaretheory with good reasons, extends the ixperiencitness concept to many more awarepaths and physipaths.

Connective awarepaths will be assumed to have the same ixperiencitness and then also have other types of connections added. Connective awarepaths have a much more complex understanding when we consider the connections of awarepaths through partial ixperiencitness identity.

What each of us is, is much more than what we are at this conscious moment that we are experience now. We can remember many experiences that we are not experiencing now. We also know that there are many things that we have experienced or at least think that we have experienced that we have forgotten. It seems that at differnet times in our lives we remember different parts of our pasts. Science has shown that many of our memories are not exact and in fact change from time to time in our lives. We can be connected to false but believed to be true memories.

When we have false memories this connects us to potential awarepaths or possible actual awarepaths produced by other bodies than the one that is producing our currently experiencing You can connect to awarepaths other than the one your body is producing now.

Types of connective awarepaths

Aware of the connections

Alternate pasts connections

Alternate pasts connections for each awarepath there are many possible past awarepaths tht lead to the current awaremoment. These awarepaths may not be actual but they are potential awarepaths that could have been your past and are awarepaths that have your ixpereincitness when they are produced.

False memories connections

False memories connections You may think that certain things happen to you in the past but you can be wrong nonetheless there can be awarepaths that connect to these false memories.
