The Moral consequences of awaretheory simply stated, is the desire and moral responsibility to create the diversity of conscious existence. You might say the purpose of morals is to restrict and control behavior of conscious beings thus a restriction of conscious experience. But awaretheory is saying that there should not be a moral restriction of conscious experience but a moral restriction on conscious behavior. The reason why is that awaretheory predicts that the two can be separated. Conscious behavior as applied to morals is defined as the effect that conscious beings have on their environment. This includes the effect that conscious being have on each other and the environment that supports their existence. There are many different awarepaths that are about causing pain and suffering to other conscious beings and other awarepaths that are about destroying the environment and the ability to create future generation of conscious beings.
Awaretheory says that there can be a restriction of behavior without a restriction of conscious experience. If you do not restrict behavior of conscious beings in certain ways then you limit the conscious experiences that can be produced.
We should produce all the conscious experiences (awarepaths) (that we want to) but we have to restrict conscious behavior (reality connected behaviorpaths) in order to do this.
Why should we restrict the behavior created by different types of conscious behavior? What awaretheory means by behavior is the behavior that a conscious being has on reality. The behavior of a conscious being can have two major effects on reality the first one is increase suffering of other conscious beings the other is the limiting of conscious experience.
How can we create diversity of conscious experience without destroying the civilization that allows for this diversity of conscious experience. In other words how do you create destructive consciousnesses or awarepath limiting consciousnesses without the damage or limitations that they produce. How do you produce the awarepaths of a Hitler, Stalin, or some equivalent negative conscious beings existence without the destruction and suffering that they produce for other conscious beings? If there is a need or desire to study or produce these types of consciousnesses they can be produced in a reality creating awarepaducer where no one is hurt and no destruction of our complex civilization is produced.
