A human is in a sense a self replicating itofazpaducer. It does not replicate other humans solely by itself. It takes two people. Some day with technological advancement it may not take two different human sexes to reproduce. Humans clearly reproduce humans. What is not clear is if humans replicate their own ixperiencitness in their offspring.

A self Replicating itofazpaducer is a itofazpaducer that can replicate, in another conscious beings, their own ixperiencitness. They do not have to ever replicate their own ixperiencitness but they can. This brings up the idea of actually making the conscious decision to replicate or not. In the case of humans we can make the decision to either have children or not to. But we can not at this stage of our technological development decide whether to replicate our own ixperiencitness or not in our children. Currently, few if any people actually understand the concept of replicating their ixperiencitness in another person.

The concept of a self replicating itofazpaducer is more a science fiction like idea where the itofazpaducer is a multiple itofazpath producer that has as one of its conscious goals to replicate more itofazpaducers that produce many different consciousnesses with one or more specific ixperiencitnesses produced. Itofazpaducer could be constructed to travel through outer space, as they go they can produce many different consciousnesses (awarepaths) for many different purposes. Along the way they gather up matter and energy sources, and create more itofazpaducers, that continue on alternate paths through the universe. In this way the universe uses the matter and energy that it has in abundence to produce many varied consciousnesses and ixperiencitnesses, that can exist through out the time that the universe exists. You may think that you are on earth now actually directly connected to reality. But, in fact, your consciousness that you are experiencing may in fact be produced by one of these itofazpaducers. How would you know? You would not know? Why would conscious beings work toward this goal? If you think that once your current bodies dies that is the conscious end of you, you might not care if there are other conscious beings that exist after your death. But if you understand the ideas that awaretheory preposes then you realize that there are many conscious versions of you that can be produced, duplicated, improved, enhanced, and controlled by conscious versions of you, and controlled by conscious beings that care about you but do not have the same ixperiencitness that you have.

The earth can only contain and produce directly connected to reality a very limited amount of desired awarepaths. With over population the quality of these awarepaths will go down. If desirable awarepaths can be produced in other ways why not create them in these way? There are only a limited amount of earth like planets in the universe. They are likely to be populated by other conscious beings if we were to ever reach them. We can try to make other planets livable but it will take a lot of work and maybe they will not produce the experiences that we want to duplicate for ourselves so much of the time. What you are experiencing now may already be being produced in a self replicating itofazpaducer that is in outer space not on earth, traveling through space, replicating itself, and in the process producing many different conscious versions of you. In fact, if these types of itofazpaducer are actually possible and can create your current consciousness, it is more likely that your current consciousness produced in one of these than by a human body actually connected to reality on earth. This is because these types of itofazpaducers can produce so many more versions of you (living on earth having a body etc.) than human bodies actually can on earth alone. If you take the number of awarepaths that can be produced by the different types of multiple component itofazpaducers and compare it to the number that are or can be directly connected to realty with human bodies, the percentage likelihood of actually having your conscious produced by a human body is almost zero. Of course, if the only way to produce your ixperiencitness is with an actual human body, you are much less likely then to consciously to exist through out time. Consequently, you may not want to wish for or work toward that scenario.
