Multiple time travel argument

From Aware Theory

The time travel argument gives us a greater understanding of the multiplicity of the self. The multiple time travel argument gives an enhanced understanding of superimmortality. The time travel argument uses the imaginary situation of time traveling either to the future or the past where you encounter a previous or future you that has your same body but at different ages. You do not experience what they are experiencing because you are not in the exact same spot and your brain is different from how it was then. What ties you together with this variation of yourself is having the same ixperiencitness. You are no longer made of exactly the same matter or in the same place, nor do you have the same consciousness as this version of yourself. If it is a future version of you then it has many experiences that you have not had and if it is a past version of you, then you have hand many experiences that it has not had yet. Your present self or this future or past version of yourself may have been the one to time travel. In the process one or both of you may be aware that there is a second version of you existing at the same time. But there would be no mystical or supernatural connection between the two just because they existed at the same time. As a consequence they can exist at the same time and never be aware that two bodies are existing at the same time with the same ixperiencitness. What this means is there would be two bodies made of different matter existing in a different place producing a different consciousness but both being conscious versions of you. Yet both would likely believe that they alone, were the only you, because they would not be experiencing anything else than their singular conscious experience from the singular conscious perspective of their body. With enough convincing you could believe that this other body was in fact a body that will or did produce a conscious that you will or did experience. The obvious consequence is that you are experiencing both of these consciousness at the same time. You are not just the consciousness that you experience from a singular perspective from your body at one moment in time.

The multiple time travel argument is that by picking up your body, by time travel, at different points in time, and then putting them in one time period there can be may bodies producing different consciousness existing at the same time with the same ixperiencitness. depending on how long

There could be any number of versions of you existing at the same time. If each

Multiple time travel argument with variations With time travel comes the possibility of a body producing a different consciousness it did or would have other wise. If you went back in time to your body at a previous time, you could modify the experiences that body had, that would change the consciousness that body produced. There can be simple changes like simply talking to this previous version of yourself. Where in your actual past no such event happened. This change may or may not have had any present effect on you so that nothing changes consciously with in you. But it did then. We would call this a variation in your awarepath that converged back to the way it would have been.
