Moral argument for multiplicity

From Aware Theory

Moral argument for multiplicity is the argument that other bodies can produce the same ixperiencitness as you or one of your loved ones have, thus if you do not want to hurt conscious versions of yourself or versions of your loved ones you should be good or moral to others because you do not know when and if others have your ixperiencitness or have even a percentage of your or a loved one's ixperiencitness. Since different versions of you will have different loved ones there can be a very large set of conscious beings that you might care about. What you do now can effect other peoples lives in the future so immoral behavior can effect versions of yourself that do not exist now but exist in the future.

The concept of multiplicity gives people extra reasons to treat each other better or more morally and not worse because you can be the recipient of immoral behavior produced by versions of yourself.

The actual multiplicity also can even out the unfairness of the universe. If there is only one version of a person at a time he can have any degree of life from a wondrous good long life to an awful miserable or unfair short life. If there can be many versions of a person that has the same ixperiencitness other good lives can even out with the bad lives.
