Itolocationality principle is that: If the structure and functioning of the itobody does not change, with a change in the location, then the ixperiencitness and consciousness will not change either.
This simply means that identical physapaths in where in space will produce the same ixpepaths and awarepaths. However, location might effect the mentapath produced.
