What we know is that if you keep the body healthy enough it will continue to produce consciousness and ixperiencitness. An alive body does not always produce consciousness and ixperiencitness. For instance, when the body is in a coma state or at certain periods during sleep. Since it appears that sometimes parts of the brain are awake while other parts of the brain are asleep it seems that sometimes partial consciousnesses and partial ixperiencitnesses are produced by the brain. Medical science experiments some times deal with supernatural concepts. But if it is a real concept it no longer is a supernatural concept. The placebo effect is often used to prove some supernatural effect. But the placebo effect is a natural materialist effect not a supernatural effect.
