Theoretical concept

From Aware Theory

A theoretical concept is a concept that is not directly connected to a physical object. A theocept is another name for theoretical concept. This means it is a word for a complex idea or set of ideas in a scientific system of ideas. It is a simplifying term. It can represent any amount of knowledge about any epistemological system of ideas. It can also serve other purposes like being a term used to relate complex concepts, such as the =M= relationship operator.

The word theoretical means: concerned with or involving the theory of a subject or area of study rather than its practical application.

Theoretical sometimes means: hypothetical, abstract, conjectural, academic, suppositional, speculative, untested, unproven, or unsubstantiated.
