An itomap is a relationship between two itoterms. It usually is identity but there can be other types of itomapping as well.
Examples of some different types of itomapping are between: an awarecontinuum and a physicontinuum, an awarecontinuum and a physacontinuum, an awarecontinuum and an ixpecontinuum, a physacontinuum and an ixpecontinuum, an awarepath and a physipath, an awarepath and a physavenue, physipoint and an awarepoint and between a physimoment and an awaremoment
Itomapped is the past tense of itomap or itomapping. The term itomap can be either a noun as "an itomap" or a verb in "to itomap".
Itomapping basically says that a specific physisection will produce a specific awaresection.
