An idocontinuum is a grouping of idopaths in a continuum structure. The continuum structure can be based on one or more concepts controlling how the idocontinuum is structured. The concepts that are used are determined by the ways the idocontinuum is going to be used. The usual structure is where the idopaths are in an n - dimensional structure where the idopaths that are closest alike are closest in the continuum structure.
