The 50 percent rule is that if a certain point is reached like 50 percent this is enough to make a drastic change in an outcome of the experiment or argument. In replacement of matter arguments, Itofission arguments, and Itofusion arguments the 50 percent rule is used to maintain singularity when the outcome should be cases of itomultiplicity.
