A tragedies is often defined as an events causing great suffering, destruction, and distress, such as serious accidents, crimes, wars, or natural catastrophes. Tragedy cause physical suffering, death, and make the people that survive the tragedy lives often worse than if this event or events did not occur. If death is permanent the loss of life is even worse for those who are left who miss the dead and suffer the consequences of of the destruction caused by the tragedy.

Religions promise an after life. Frequently with uniting with loved ones. However, some times this afterlife is hell. Not only do you suffer hellish pain you see your loved one in this pain as well, and for a behavior as unimportant as not believing blindly in some religious doctrine.

Superimmortality is much better because you do die, but you can consciously exist again after death many different times, so death does not have to be final for you and your loved ones. You also do not have to believe in ridiculous religious ideas to consciously exist again. Religious beliefs do not actually produce life after death. Religious beliefs are just promises and more promises plus threats and more threats. Superimmortality is not based on unfounded threats and promises.

There are many things that you can experience in many different lifetimes. For every tragedy that you can experience in a lifetime there is the same lifetime that you will/can experience that can exist without this tragedy in it and without any awareness of any tragedy occurring in it. Unlike religions where you have no control over what will happen to you in the future the science of superimmortality explains how you can control your future conscious lifetimes without gods and religions.
