Potential existence proof

A Potential existence proof is one that shows that something is not impossible. It may not have happened but could have happened. Or can happen even though it never does. Whereas an actual existence proof is a proof that something actually did happen. It is possible that you could have gone to the moon yesterday but you actually did not go to the moon. It is also possible that you will go to the moon in the future, but yet not in fact go. It is not even potentially possible, in reality, to fly to the center of the sun without protection and physically survive. But it is potentially possible to experience this event in may different ways without actually doing it.
