Fitoprocess analogy

There are many fitoprocess analogies. The DVD analogy is a good one to use.
Can some of the parts of a dvd player be separated but still work exactly like the originalDVD player did before separation? It seems like there are a number of ways of dividing the DVD player up if the original functioning is maintained. A simple proof of this is there are many different dvd players of different size. This is like a change in the physapath but still producing the same awarepath.
There are a number of ways of dividing the DVD player where it will still work but not exactly like it did before. In this case there is a difference in the physapath and a small change in the awarepath the ixperiencitness will or can still be the same.
The next step is asking how small a division can be make in a part where we can still have the same functioning? each change has to have a corresponding modification to compensate for the change. If electronics get divided it takes longer for the electrical impulses to travel between the parts.
A part now can be replaced with a device that uses preknowledge of how the part is supposed to function.
