Edward Tarte--Life and Death

From Aware Theory

What can be considered credible evidence for life after death? Religions do not supply credible evidence for life after death. Is it credible evidence if some one says that they have died and now are alive again? People can say and believe many different things that are not true. If you have information about some one that has died is this evidence of life after death? If there are many different possible explanations for something the likelihood that any one explanation is correct is diminished.

For life after death to actually occur you need a place for it to happen. Then you need a time period that is not indeterminate, Thirdly you need a logical physical or supernatural process that does not produce logical contradictions. Fourth you need the process to actually produce the results that it claims to produce i.e., life after death. It is useful as a fifth requirement if this process is understandable and manipulatable. The problem is that supernatural processes are frequently not understandable or manipulatable. This is because supernatural concepts are not observable, existent, and coherent. When they are they become natural. Superimmortality supplied all five requirements. Superimmortality predicts that the place that life after death occurs is in this universe or multiverse not a heaven, hell, limbo, or other type of supernatural reality. Superimmortality predicts that life after death is determinate in time because when ever the correct structure and functioning of matter occurs you will exist at that time. The physical process that superimmortality uses to produce life after death is creation and recreation of the correct structures and functionings of matter. This process is logical and non contradictory. The process is validated to be true through coherence with science and experimentation dealing with the structure and functioning of matter and how it relates to consciousness. There are no abstract supernatural concepts that can not be studied that are needed for superimmortality Thus it can be understandable. And since the structure and functioning of matter can be manipulated, in many different ways, so can the consciousness that is produced be manipulated in many different ways as well, for any desired goals. So no supernatural uncontrollable concepts or objects like souls or gods are needed for life after death to exist and be used for positive purposes.

Does life make sense?
