This chapter is an analogy that hopefully will make some of the principles more understandable. The analogy is not perfect.
We can also use the analogy for motion picture projectors, vhs tapes,
The physipath corresponds to the DVD player, motion picture projector, vcr, dvr, etc over time
Physimoment is like the change that occurs to the dvd player or motion picture projector when one picture is produced.
Physipoint is one point in time for the physipaths of the DVD, unlike the physimoment it has no length. Like the mathematical concept of a point on a line.
Physivenue corresponds to a grouping of different, but like in some ways, DVD players etc.
Physicontinuum A physicontinuum for DVD players corresponds to a multi dimensional continuum where every possible change in a dvd player is represented by lateral change and change during functioning is progressive change or change over time.
Awarepath corresponds to the out put of the television or show movie or presentation
Awaremoment is the Awarevenue Awarecontinuum
Behaviorpath The internal awarepath of a person or other conscious being, even though it is producing behavior/ behaviorpath is not restricted to awareness of the behaviorpath.
Sensepath corresponds to the dvd disc itself. Remember the dvd is not a movie it is a sequence of numbers that the dvd player transforms into a an electrical signal that the tv can turn into a picture and sound that we can understand.
Sensepoint corresponds to a point on the dvd disc

Qmpath effects apply to the dvd as did does to the body
Actual versus potential
The actual corresponds to what is actually being produced at this moment
The potential has several different meanings first what will happen, what could happen, what did happen and thus could happen again.
Types of potential
Where the analogy is not good is where in a human the sensepath actually changes the structure and functioning of the body and brain, but in the DVD player the dvd disc has little effect on the dvd player.
Another is the subjective objective difference.
If you look at the internal functioning of the dvd player or the dvd disc you will not see what is being produced. Corresponding to when you look inside the brain you do not see the consciousness produced or the behavior that will be produced you only see the behavior of the neurons functioning not the meaning of this functioning. The meaning of this functioning is going to mean different things in different places/ environments, and different elaborations.
The brain produces the awarepath but in the dvd analogy most of the awarepath is from the disc. In other words the dvd player is not interactive with the environment.
We can imagine a device that takes the information of the dvd disc and then processes it in some way to create a different picture than what is on the dvd disc itself
Orilocationality analogy: If you move the original DVD player to another spot you will get the same show produced.

Coriginal: A Coriginal corresponds to any change you can think of to an original movie or show and the device that reproduces the show.
Videntireplica: A videntireplica corresponds to the actual changes made that effects the actual show.
Vitolocationality analogy: The change can be moved to a different location. Example lets say you have made a change to the movie “Gone with the Wind”
Vitomultiplicity analogy: Example: There can make as many copies of the movie with the change as we want
