Conscious aliens are conscious beings that do not come from the earth. They can have evolved on another planet or been deliborately produced on other planets in the universe by other conscious beings for any number of different reasons. We humans, if we have enough technology and knowledge could produce them on earth by arranging matter in the right ways. Or by producing aliens with a slower process of experimenting with different sets of genes in DNA and through the developmental process growing aliens.
There can be many alien species that are not conscious that can be made in the same way is conscious aliens.
Human sensepaths can be applied to aliens just like alien sensepaths can be applied to humans.
