Universal laws

Universal laws refers to the laws of physics and chemistry that exist in a specific universe or part there of. For instance, the speed of light, the mass and charge of an electron, etc. It is possible that other universes or places in this universe have different physical laws that control how matter and energy can be structured and how then it functions.
