An itoproof can be a mathematical proof using regular or standard areas of mathematics or itomathematics with itoaxioms, itosyntax, and itologic.

It can a scientific proof with scientific evidence from scientific experiments.

It can also be a carefully constructed verbal proof with the equivalent to verbal axioms.

It is usually more rigorous than an Itoargument, and requires more coherence to the compendium of scientific knowledge.
