The concept of the [[receptionpath]] is used by [[awaretheory]], [[superimmortality]] and the [[ixperiencit theory of consciousness]] as an analogous concept to the [[sensepath]] in the [[TV analogy]] and  [[computer analogy]]. The receptionpath is the input signal or data that comes from a TV antenna, VCR,  DVR,or other type of input device for a computer or TV over a period of time. The receptionpath can be for the entire life time of the TV, or for a section of the time. A section of a receptionpath is called a [[receptionsection]]. A number of receptionpaths that are related in some way are called a [[receptionvenue]]. A receptionvenue might be all of the receptionpaths that a TV could have potentially received or all the possible ones that it could receive in the future.
