The ixperiencitness term is made from the word ixperiencit and the suffix "ness." It is sort of like the relationship between the words conscious and consciousness. It means simply "I experience it" (the "it" being the particular consciousness of concern) as a specific thing, object, event, etc. rather than a modifier of a thing like an adjective is. Ixperiencitness defines the conscious "I". The "I" does not define ixperiencitness.
The ixperiencitness concept is one that you intuitively know about and understand, even if there has not been the word to describe it before. What is necessary for your actual survival into the future is that you experience some consciousness in the future, like you are experiencing a consciousness at this moment. If you experience consciousness in the future, no matter how it is produced, it is survival for you. If the experiencing of consciousness is after your body has died, it is life after death for you. If there is no time in the future where you cannot experience consciousness again this is immortality for you. If you never experience being conscious again you are permanently dead, there will be no life after death or immortality for you. Most people tie the ixperiencitness concept to a particular body, soul, or other supernatural entity, but it is actually tied to the structure and functioning of many different bodies that can be duplicated, approximated, transformed, and consciously directed to produce many different consciousnesses with the same ixperiencitness or closely approximate ixperiencitnesses in other bodies.
The ixperiencitness concept is the one necessary concept for discussions of survival through time, life after death, and immortality for any conscious being. We have to make the distinction between a body behaving like it is conscious when observed by other conscious beings but is not conscious, and a body producing a consciousness that someone is experiencing. In the first case, it is survival for you from the perspective of other conscious beings, but it is not actual survival for you. Your future survival after death will not be easy to identify by external observers because your survival for others is your body acting like it is conscious. From your conscious perspective, your survival appears to be tied to a consciousness that you are experiencing now that includes a consciousness of a past and an awareness of a potential consciousness that will happen in the future.
If two or more physapaths or physipaths produce the same ixperiencitness, then they are cases of survival, life after death, and immortality for each other even if they do not have (produce) the same identical consciousness. If two or more physapaths or physipaths also have the same awarepath and ixperiencitness they are cases of survival, life after death, and immortality, for each other with exactly the same consciousness at every corresponding point in those person's lives.
You can also look at the difference as one of word types. The word ixperiencit is used as an adjective in the sentence "The "ixperiencit" concept is important in understanding personal identity." Where as, the word ixperiencitness is used as noun. An example of it used in a sentence is: "Do Jon and Harry have the same consciousness and, or "ixperiencitness"?
There are different versions of the the word created from the words uxperiencit and wexperiencit pronounced "you experience it" and "we experience it" respectively. From wexperiencit we get wexperiencitness and from uxperiencit we get uxperiencitness. Why do we need these terms? Because not enough words about itofazmultiplicity exist in the English language, and I suspect in other languages too, that can be used to explain multiplicity of conscious existence easily and concisely.
The word "I" in the terms of the concepts of Ixperiencitness and ixperiencit has a well defined meaning. The word "I" can be defined for either consciousness or in terms of bodies and matter. The concept "I" in the word ixperiencitness in terms of consciousness is all the different consciousnesses through all space and time that you will or can experience. It is not a specific body or a specific conscious point or section in a person's life. The concept "I" in the word ixperiencitness in terms of matter are all the matter and energy based structures and functionings that will, are, or have produced a consciousness that you experience. The "I" is more than the eye can see! This means that you are much more than what you are experiencing now and much more than you can imagine. The ixperiencitness is more than one moment on an awarepath, more than an awaresection, more than an awarepath or conscious life time, more than an awarevenue. The potential you is a vast continuum of conscious experiences that is controllable by you.
In understanding personal identity it is important to understand what it means, but it can mean many different things for many different reasons. For instance, it can mean the same body, the same grouping of matter and, or some poorly defined aspect of consciousness. The problem is that the body, consciousness, and the matter in the body, are always changing, and in the case of matter, it is being replaced in the body continuously. We can define personal identity through time in many different ways for many different purposes. But what we need for understanding your actual survival, afterlife, and immortality is that there is a consciousness and that you experience that consciousness. This is what the ixperiencit and ixperiencitness concepts represent and are used for.
The ixpepath term represents the concept that the ixperiencitness produced by a body can change in that body over time, if there is enough change in the structure and functioning of that body. For example, if we started with Betty at age ten and gradually changed her body so that now at age 30 she has the body structure and functioning of of an entirely different person, so that she no longer thinks that she is Betty but now thinks that she/he is George with George's memories for his whole life, but now with none of Betty's memories, it is possible and likely now that the same continuously existing but greatly modified body has a different ixperiencitness. The change from one ixperiencitness to another is represented in one itobody by the ixpepath. If a continuous sequence of the same ixpemoments exists for an itobody, then the itobody has the same ixperiencitness for an ixpesection. If an itobody has the same ixperiencitness for a life time, then there is no change in the ixpepath over that life time.
The ixperiencitness concept is not dependent on there being any other body that can produce the same ixperiencitness. Consequently, itoidentireplicas may not produce the same ixperiencitness as the original for one to all different ixperiencitnesses.
