The word "I" in the terms of the concepts of Ixperiencitness and ixperiencit has a well defined meaning. The word "I" can be defined for either consciousness or in terms of bodies and matter.

The "I" in terms of consciousness is all the different consciousnesses through all space and time that you will or can experience.

The word "I" in terms of matter are all the matter and energy based structures and functionings that will, are, or have produced a consciousness that you experience.

Some people define the word "I" as in the phrase "I am" as a person, some as a type of consciousness and others define it as a soul or the equivalent.

Understanding the concept of "I" is very important in understanding the concept of survival, life after death, and immortality". If you do not know what you are, how can you know what is required for your continuance through space and time. The confusion of the concept of "I" with the concept of a body or a supernatural concept like a soul has stymied the understanding of what we actually are as conscious beings.

The I should be defined as not only what you are presently experiencing but all that you will ever experience through out time, and all the potential consciousnesses that you could have experienced but did not. When we use the undefined, in length of time, concept "all that you will ever experience through time" the concept of endless time or infinity of the length of time is a possibility. When time is infinitely long the potential you and actual may become equal in the sense that every possible conscious version of you may actually be realized because you can never know for sure if a potential version of you will or will not be created in an infinite amount of time unless you have knowledge of all future events of of relevance.

Most people believe that when they consider the situation of their conscious existence "You (they) are the consciousness that your (their) body will produce or experiences". Awaretheory defines "you" as all of the consciousnesses that you will ever experience and all the consciousnesses that you could have experienced with out reference to any specific body especially one that could be just the result of the creation of the sensepath and not a representation of the material body that actually produces the consciousness that you are experiencing.
